At the time I thought "what the heck am I going to do with this??" But to keep from hurting daughter's feelings, I stuck it in the corner of the living room (no space anywhere less conspicuous). The very next student meeting we had in our home, the big bear was a hit and has remained so since. Students come stressed out (exams, projects, being dumped by ex-lovers, etc.), sit & stroke the bear, while taking on a zoned out expression (well, more zoned out than usual). We call the bear our therapy bear! I guess our daughter (who is now university age) was on to something after all!Charihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03142145450777425135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3488449073845563259.post-22642434650384246452010-04-30T22:15:59.542-04:002010-04-30T22:15:59.542-04:00AND, I should add, we wised up as well as you, and...AND, I should add, we wised up as well as you, and now have a duplicate of each of Anne's THREE loveys, making a total of, yes, 6, plus the one I had to run out to purchase at 9 PM at Target recently because somehow we couldn't find ANY of the others.ashley denham bussehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17427896792287238398noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3488449073845563259.post-69392177410851150562010-04-30T22:14:40.421-04:002010-04-30T22:14:40.421-04:00For real. That and I also sucked my thumb at night till, well let's just say WAY past the age when I should've moved on...ashley denham bussehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17427896792287238398noreply@blogger.com
